Free License
My free License permits you to use the files available on our site for personal use as a free member, as long as you provide attribution. I prefer that you include a link to my website, LayerAce.com, as the attribution.
You have the freedom to modify, alter, remix, or combine the vectors with other files as you please, provided you give us credit for the work we contributed to your personal projects.
Standart Premium License
- You are allowed to use the asset up to 500,000 times across various media channels such as product packaging, printed marketing materials, digital documents, or software.
- It’s also permitted to include the asset in your email marketing, mobile advertising, or a broadcast/digital program, as long as the expected viewership is less than 500,000.
- Feel free to post the asset on any website or social media platform with no view limitations.
- In certain cases, you can include the asset in products like textbooks, as long as the primary value of the product is not the asset itself, and the product isn’t reproduced more than 500,000 times.
- Sharing the unmodified asset with employees and contractors is allowed, as long as they have agreed to the license terms.
- Additionally, you can transfer the license to your client or employer.
With a Standard license, you may not:
- You cannot distribute the stand-alone file.
- Create merchandise, templates, or other products for resale or distribution where the primary value of the product is associated with the asset itself is not permitted. This means you cannot use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the asset printed on it.
- Transfer the license to more than one employer or client is not allowed, unless you have obtained a separate license for each.
Extended Premium License
- Use the asset with all the rights granted in the Standart Premium License.
- Reproduce the asset beyond the 500,000 copy/viewer restriction.
- Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt.
However, you are not permitted to distribute the stand-alone file.
